'Surrounding' Zip Code Search Option

I have created a data results page [from access DB]
retrieving results based on a zip code search form.

Everything OK.

But what scripting do I need and where do I put it, to
offer the option of 'Include Surrounding Zip Codes' .

You often see it on search forms of all kind. I am hoping
there is a document in MS database somewhere I could be
directed to.
