swedish proofing tools for MS Office 2000

I have an English version of MS Office 2000, but alos need the Swedish
proofing tools for Office and Outlook Express (v 6).

It looks as if this language is not supported in the English version of
Office 2000. Is this correct?

I did find a multilanguage proofing tool for Office 2002 by MS. Does this
tool work with Office 2000?
