.swf to movie convertor

Hi,

I want to convert a Flash .swf file so that I can include it in a Powerpoint
presentation. I want to convert the file into either a movie file, or an
animated jpeg file.

Anyone got any ideas or know of any freeware which I can use to do this?

Unless you need to show the presentation in the Viewer, you can use a Flash
object in PowerPoint. The Viewer doesn't support Flash, but PowerPoint
does. There are some good tutorials at http://www.flashgeek.com/

That's fantastic. Using this though, I don't seem to be able to "dissolve"
my .swf file into my presentation, and so when I move onto the slide which
my .swf file is on, my file is in there. Is there a way I can stagger it in?
I have tried "custom animation" but it isn't listed!
