Swift Point Player not well!

I am running Microsoft Powerpoint 2003 and Swiff Point Player 2.0 on
approx 100 PC's but for some reason, one of the PC's will not show any
of the functions to add a flash file in powerpoint. I have tried
recreating the profile, uninstalling the whole of office and swiff
point player and then reinstalling but have had no joy.

Please help!

You might need to contact the Swiff Point Player tech support.

Does the functionality come back if you completely uninstall the Swiff Point
software and run Help|Detect and Repair? (Based on your description below, I
can't tell for sure if you reinstalled SPP or not -- it sounds as if you
did. I'm wondering if the functionality comes back if you don't reinstall
it.)

Oh, wait -- it sounds as if Swiff Point Player doesn't work on one PC out of
100. In that case, you definitely need to contact the Swiff Point Player
tech support people.

I have also had a problem with swiff point player and PowerPoint 2003 in
windows xp on a new dell dimension 9200. It not only does not install flash
movies into powerpoint but it crashes when I try to use it without flash.
I have to uninstall PP and reinstall it to make it work again.
