The only advantage is Switchboard has is it is very fast and easy to set up.
But that is it. It has some many limitations, you will seldom find a
professional who uses a Switchboard.
Really?
I wouldn't agree with that statement, John. Unless you can use the
Switchboard Mananger with a form other than Switchboard, then I would go away
redfaced, but having learned something.

Well, I guess you can't - but you can certainly open a Switchboard created by
the switchboard manager in the Form designer, and it's just a very basic
unbound form with a bunch of command buttons on it.
I use both. The Switchboard is useful if you have many selections which can
be grouped, like Data Entry, Reports, or whatever. It works well, but so
does a normal form.
True.
IMHO, the only real advantage of a Switchboard is that it can be used
without VBA. This makes it easier for a user who doesn't know VBA to create
a navigation tool for their application.
