Switched from Excel to Outlook 2003. No incoming mail with Window.

I am sending this email through my new default email program, which is
Outlook 2003. I just switched from Excel to Outlook. I’ve done all that
there is required to set up a new default program with Windows XP. But as I
said, I can send outgoing mail but I do not receive incoming mail. My mail
goes and stays in my NetZero ISP mail box. Is this because NetZero dosen't
support Outlook 2003 or is it something on my end that still needs to be
activated? Please let me know if you have any suggestions.

Excel is a SPREADSHEET program, Outlook is a MAIL client. You CAN'T switch
form one to the other. What did you REALLY do?
