Switching between identies and having to quitout of all MS applications.

Version: 2008 Operating System: Mac OS X 10.6 (Snow Leopard) Processor: Intel I have two identities set up. When I go to switch identity, I am asked to quit out of all MS applications. Is there a way to by pass this?

No. It's not advised to have a second backup that you regularly use.
Many users have additional backups as archives, but it's not a good idea
to use them to keep accounts separate. I would create a new User in
System Preferences and use Fast User Switching when you want to view the
other Identity if this a must for your setup.
