I think there is an AppleScript on the CD/Value Pack/Utilities. It's named
"Import from mail" and there's a "Read Me" file too.
1. Double-click the Import from Mail script in the following folder:
Microsoft Office X CD/Value Pack/Utilities/Import from Mail. 2. When the
script is finished, click OK 3. Now simply start Entourage as usual.
Your imported messages are in the Import from Mail folder under On My
Computer. You must (re-)apply the Office 10.1.2 Updater, and any subsequent
updaters (10.1.4, 10.1.5), AFTER installing Import from Mail from the Value
Pack on the CD. You only get the updated (new replacement) Import from Mail
script if you first install it from the Value Pack, then apply 10.1.2. You
absolutely need the updated script if you are in Jaguar (OS 10.2.x). Apple
moved the location of the Mail mailboxes in Jaguar so only the new script
can find them.
Directions to import from Mail to Entourage are here:

2Ent.xml> For importing contacts, you can drag contacts from Address Book to
the Desktop, and then drag them into the Entourage Address Book list, but
not all of the information will come through correctly in most cases. If you
need a perfect transfer of contacts between Address Book and Entourage, use
Paul Berkowitz's "Sync Entourage-Address Book" script.
<
http://www.scriptbuilders.net/?search=Sync+Entourage-Address+Book> You
can't import iCal information into Entourage. Entourage isn't compatible
with iSync. You won't be able to back up your Entourage information to .Mac.
You could transfer your information back to Address Book (using the script)
and iCal (using File -> Import) when you want to perform a synchronization
with .Mac and then do so, but that's not true synchronization.
