Switching Identities in Outlook Express

Any ideas on how to correct this annoying problem? When I switch from one
identity to another--no problem. When I go to switch back, I get booted out
to the desktop and have to restart my computer to get back into Outlook! I
have a brand new Dell that had Windows XP Professional loaded on it. Thanks!

Outlook Express is not Outlook. Ask in an Outlook Express newsgroup.
