Switching Outbound Servers

Hi, I use Outlook 2003 and want to know how to change the outbound server
on-the-fly (while creating an outgoing message) without going into Tools -
E-mail Accounts and changing the Default e-mail account. Is this possible,
perhaps even with a macro if necessary -- but preferably quite simply?

There should be an Accounts button/dropdown in the toolbar while you're
composing a message that will allow you to change the account that will be
used for sending
