Sync between Entourage and Outlook

Is there a way I can sync my Entourage 2004 at home with my Outlook 2003 at
work? Surely there is something out there to transfer my files from one to
the other and keep them in sync.

Let me be more precise. Between my Entourage 2004 on my iMac, and my
Outlook 2003 on my HP PC at work (they just purchased new computers and they
are not Apples).

i am looking for a simple way to transfer a lot of folders/messages
from Entourage to Outlook PC for a colleague. if you find a solution,
