sync between Outlook 2003 and Entourage 2004

Is it possible to sync the data between this 2 different email clients
without Exchange server.

I use at the office my pc with windows xp and outlook 2003 and have a
powerbook with mac os x and entourage 2004.

i would like to have the same contacts on both machines. Is it possible?

Do anybody have any experience?
