Repeated attempts to delete categories in Entourage X appear to be negated
by sync with Palm even after deleting categories in Palm Desktop as well.
Last attempt included deleting unwanted categories in Entourage, then Palm
Desktop application, then sync with Mac overwriting handheld in each of the
Palm Desktop applications as well as the Entourage Conduit settings. Now
Entourage categories appear scrambled: filtering for a category shows
another category.
How do I restore categories in Mac Entourage?
I'm trying to clean this up before upgrading OSX 10.2 to 10.3. Any downside
with upgrading before troubleshooting categories?
