Sync entourage and visor to email

I have a Visor Prism and I cant get it to sync my email from entourage to my
visor. Does anyone know how

The Handheld Synchronization software for Entourage that's provided by
Microsoft doesn't synchronize mail. You should consider an alternative
product like Mail Courier.
