Sync entourage to ipaq

What's the best program for doing this? Hot sync would be best, meaning that
changes to entourage would instantly go to the ipaq, as is easy to do
between pc and ipaq. Thanks. Howie

I just got it and started to use it. Do you use it in Bluetooth mode? Also,
can it be used to hotsync, if that's what it's called? What I mean is to
leave it connected and then changes made to, say, the entourage calendar
instantly go to the pda? Tell me as much as you can stand typing about how
you use it.
