Sync Error

I am getting an error in my sync log:

Error synchronizing folder
[80004005-501-0-550]
The client operation failed.

A KB article said to open all messages with attachments,
but that didn't help. I even deleted most of them. Here's
my setup:

Outlook 2000 w/ Exchange Server 2000
Windows98SE
Offline folders enabled
Symantec NAV/Corporate Edition (mentioned in the KB
article)
