Sync Exchange/Entourage Calendars with Palm

We have a Hosted Exchange acc. I use Entourage 2004 on my Mac. I also
have a Palm, and I want to sync the Exchange Calendar with my Palm, how
to do this? How to "merge" the Calendar [On my Mac] with the Exchange
calendar, and then sync with the Palm Calendar? This is probably the
same problem with Addressbook...? Thanks for your help!

Entourage will only sync to Palm the "default" calendar or address book.

Make sure the Excahgen calendar and address books are selected as
default and that should do the trick.

I *believe* you do so by selecting the corresponding account (the
exchange account) as the default e-mail account in Tools:Accounts
