Sync iCal with Entourage

Can anybody help me get iCal and Entourage working together please?
I have gone through the sync preferences in Entourage, and selected to
sync it to the calendar I want (it's on an Exchange server), but when I
sync, all it does is put a new calendar in iSync and nothing into
Entourage.

What am I doing wrong? How do I get them to work together?

Ok, just to add to this post.
Being as slow as I am, I have just realised that the Entourgae calendar
in iCal is the folder that syncs across. Bu ti already have 9 other
calendars in iCal that I would like to use in Entourage.

Can I do this?

No, only the 'entourage' calendar in iSync will be synced.
