Sync Issues

Hello!

I am noticing a sync problem that did not happen with the previous version
of Entourage. In the previous version of Entourage, whenever I clicked on
the inbox connected to my companies Exchange server and any of it's
subfolders, Entourage would automatically sync that box/folder, and any
email that was not visible on my computer would show up. NOW... With 2004
I'm noticing that it takes forever to sync. One example is my sent items...
I sent an email this morning at 8:30am. It's now 12:20pm and I have yet to
see that email in my sent items. I opened Outlook in Classic mode to see if
the email was even sent and low and behold it was there. In my sent items! I
turned off the "Send Receive Schedule", but I am still not seeing any sort
of SYNCING happening.

Am I doing something wrong?

Okay,
Not sure if I stumped you on that one but,
How about this then...

Is there a way in Entourage 2004 to sync a specific inbox/folder on the fly
when I click on it?
