Sync Issues

I am having trouble with Sync issues. The draft and sent folders appear to be the problem. When Entourage tries to Sync, it's the messages in these folders that appear to be causing the errors. I am getting an error message "-18500". Can anyone advise any hinds of what could be causing this error?
