Sync Outlook 2002 on two computers in same workgroup!

Hello,

Does anyone know how I can sync Outlook 2002 on my 2
networked home computers? Both run XP Pro, one is a wired
desktop and the other a wireless laptop. I'd like to be
able to check mail and sync between either wokstation. I do
not have Exchange; is there any way I can accomplish all of
this?
