Sync problem on Entourage to Addresses and iPhone

I've received error messages that Microsoft Sync Services has encountered a problem and has to close once I clicked to sync contacts on Entourage to Address Book on Sync Services. Please help.

Lunahc ENtourage pressing the Option key down to rebuild the database,
then launch Entourage and go to the Preferences. Turn Syncing off, then
back on.
