Sync problem with Nokia PC Suite

I've been successfully synchronizing my Nokia mobile phone/organizer to Outlook 2002 for a month or so, but last week the synchronization began failing, giving me the error message: "Failed to open Outlook. The specified folder could not be accessed: <user name>\Calendar".
The same error message repeats when the program tries to sync (e.g.) Contacts.
Any ideas?
