Sync Services creates duplicate addresses in Entourage 2008

I have turned on sync services within Entourage 2008 to sync with Address Book at my Contacts on Exchange Server. After a few hours I have triplicate and then quadruplicate, etc..contacts. I reset everything and tried sync to Entourage's local Address Book and the same thing has happened. Does anyone have thoughts?

Same here... but it's interesting that you have this issue in regard to an
Exchange server (Microsoft). I have the exact same issue up against my
dotmac (Apple) account! As long as I don't sync with dotmac, real-time sync
(via Sync Services) between Apples Address Book and Entourage2008 is fine.
No problems with iCal or Entourage Calendar.

started over again and chose to "merge information" and so far it's all working, that's been about 10 hours ago. we shall see...
