I have my "Main" mac running Office OS X and I just purchased a new
12" PowerBook, along with a second copy of Office OS X. I would like to
transfer/synch my existing address book to the new portable, but
cannot seem to locate where the appropriate file to copy is located.

Can anyone provide some help?

Many thanks,

Norm

If you want to back up everything, just copy your Microsoft User
Data folder to the other computer. The location for your version is
described here:
<http://www.entourage.mvps.org/faq/faqs.html#anchor-1a>

You need to copy it to the same location on the other machine.

If you only want to copy the contacts in your Entourage database, you
have a few options. You could go to File -> Export Contacts. Another
option would be to go to the Address Book, optionally select all, and drag
to the Desktop. That creates vCard files for all of the selected contacts.
However, you'll end up with duplicates if you import this all onto the other
computer.

"Export-Import Entourage" allows you to actually sync your address book
between two computers running Entourage. You can find this script at
ScriptBuilders @ MacScripter:
