Sync with Palm AND internet Free/Busy?

I'm a Wintel (XP) user with some technical expertise, my business partner is
an Mac (10.2) user with no technical expertise.

We both use Palms to keep our personal calendars. I sync mine to Outlook
for Windows, then use Outlook's Internet Free/Busy function to publish my
calendar to our ftp server.

I'd like to help my partner set up similar capability. Does Entourage
support syncing to the Palm OS5 databases? And does it also support the
Internet Free/Busy protocol (ical, I think)?

You can synchronize with Palm devices. See this page for more information:

No. Free/busy data can only be accessed from an Exchange Server by
Entourage.
