synch with exchange

as of monday my entourage would only download mail to my junk folder. I can login to OWA and see my email sitting there, new mail since monday. yet entourage doesn't pull it down.

I have double checked my account settings with Powweb and they haven't changed. The only thing that has changed with my mac is that i installed a driver for a new printer monday.

email is sending and receiving, for this same account, to my blackberry just fine. I'm at a loss.

Are you saying that *all* your mail is getting moved to the Junk E-mail
folder when it's getting downloaded?

Check three places:

1. Tools... --> Rules.
2. Tools... --> Junk E-mail Protection...
3. Tools... --> Mailing List Manager.

These are the only three things in Entourage that can automatically move
messages.

and most likely is an accidental entry in the Mailing List Manager.
Because of a badly worded dialog it is all to easy to create an entry
that moves all messages into either the inbox or the junk mail folder.
