synch with Palm

In attempting to install handhel sync installer (to install entourage
conduits to enable my Palm to sync with entourage 2004) I am getting an
error message indicating the installation failed because 'microsoft
component plugin not found." Can anyone help? Thanks.

Since you're using Office 2004, you need to run the Handheld Sync Installer
that can be found either on your Office installation CD or in
Applications/Microsoft Office 2004/Additional Tools. The one you're trying
to use (probably downloaded from the Microsoft website) is for Office v.X
only.
