Synching Exchange Mail Folders

Hi,

In the Entourage Help app, it says that Entourage will continuously
synch contents in the Inbox (incl subfolders). My "Sent" mail folder
used to be completely updated but now it isn't; anyway to update the
entire contents to reflect my last 2 yrs of sent mail?

Selecting a folder will raise its priority in the sync list. If simply
selecting the Sent folder isn't working, make sure that you're sorting by
"Sent" in that folder. If you are sorting by received, you'll see unexpected
behavior that can make it seem like the folder is stale. Does OWA or Outlook
show the full contents of the folder? Is Outlook auto-archive a possible
culprit?
