Synchonize Outlook on notebook and desktop

I sometimes retrieve e-mail with my notebook computer, and
sometimes with my desktop, and would like to be able to
synchronize the e-mails, address books, contacts, etc. on
the two computers. Using Outlook 2002, Win XP home, cable
modem and wireless network. Any advice would be
appreciated. Dan
