Entourage v. X
Palm OS v. 4.1
I recently converted to Entourage and was successful in synching it
with my Palm. The second time I tried to synchronize, it was
unsuccessful and I got an error message which said:
Synchronization failed because Entourage identity Paul Dworin could
not be opened because another identity is open in another Office
application.
I have not other Office applications open. My Entourage identity and
Palm user identity are both Paul Dworin.
Can anyone help with this. It's driving me nuts.
