Synchronize MS outlook with Nokia 9300 - missing data

When I synchronize MS outlook with my Nokia 9300 there is missing data.
It appears to be that the fields don't match, and therefore not all data is
synchronized. What can be done ?

Contact Nokia and ask them what data is supported to be transfered.
