Synchronize OL2002 and OL2003

I have OL2003 in desktop computer.
I have OL2002 in LaptopComputer.
Is it possible to synchronize these two Calendars?
If possible, how can I manage it ?

Yes. Some ways may require you to use an OL 2002-format PST for both.
