Synchronizing Calendar items

Hi,

Is it possible to setup appointments in your calendar at work and have them
flow through to your Outlook at home?

I can see that you can set up a rule for messages but what I want to know is
it possible to create rules for other parts of Outlook?

If you have at home a seperate emailaddress you can send an invitation to
your home address, than you will get also an entry in your calendar.
I can see that you can set up a rule for messages but what I want to

Rules are only working with emails. If you are using Exchange you can create
an Offline folder with Exchange. Without exchange maybe this site could help
