SYNCHRONIZING CALENDAR WITH MS OUTLOOK

Can anyone please recommend a solution to this problem: in our
office, the owner uses a Mac with Entourage, but the assistant has
Outlook 2002 (Windows XP). We need to be able to synchronize the
owner's calendar with the assistant's, and allow the assistant to make
changes to the calendar. We don't mind using a web-based application
for this, and have looked at ical and .mac, but couldn't figure out
how the cross-platform sync would work. Would greatly appreciate any
advice - thanks.

You can try my "Export-Import Entourage X" scripts (shareware) from

MacScripter.net <http://macscripter.net/scriptbuilders/>

There is a document in the folder you download called "Synchronizing.rtf".
It explains how to do it. If you're synching just one item type - calendar -
it's much easier than might first appear, although still a bit of a bother.
