Synchronizing Contacts

I know one can synchronize your Entourage database with a
Palm device. Can you synchronize your Entourage database
(specifically the contacts) across multiple desktops?
This way everyone in our work group will have the same
current contacts information. We are currently using
Office 2001 with OS9 on multiple iMacs. These machines
share a broadband Internet connection, work group printer
and Office documents over an Ethernet network connected
with a Linksys Router. Thanks for your insights.

You can do this with a shared project in Entourage 2004. Previous versions
don't have this ability, though.
