Synciing entourage on two different computers

Hi,
I'm new to entourage. I have a PowerBook G4 and a PowerMac G5. I have
Entourage installed on both and I have set up an account on both with
the same email address. What I've noticed is that when I receive and
email to that address and I open it on one of the computers (say, the
PowerBook) then it does not appear in the inbox of entourage on my G5,
and vice versa. Is there any way to sync the two entourage
applications so that if I receive an email on one computer it will
still show up in the email account on the other computer? This would
really help me out a lot and speed things up for me.

And by the way, to clarify I am using ofice 2004 and Entourage is
version 11.3.3. I have two email accounts using entourage. One is a
Hotmail account and that one automatically syncs up between the two
computers. The other account is a webmail account that is hosted from
my website and I prefer to access it via entourage as opposed to
having to go through the website. But like I said, the contents of the
inbox don't sync up for that account.

If you are connecting to that 'webmail' account via entourage, then it must
be offering a POP mail service (is it Gmail?). POP mail is, by default,
deleted from the server after downloading, but this behaviour can be
changed.

Simply go to the account settings and set it to 'leave mail on server' for 1
week, or whatever will be long enough to ensure that you will have checked
mail using both computers before it is deleted from the server.
