Seems as if when I sync with my Exchange server
my contacts don¹t sync their categories or they get
changed to none. Anyone have answers
That's correct - categories don't sync to Exchange. But they won't "wipe
out" your categories on the computer that first synced. However, syncing
from Exchange to a different computer which does not have these contacts
will show contacts with no categories. (If it's important to you, you could
get my Export-Import Entourage X scripts to do the initial populating of the
other computer - be it Outlook on a PC or Mac, or another copy of Entourage
on a Mac. Then both computers will have the correct categories. You could
supplement this from time to time with exports of new contacts by the
script.)
