Syncing Contacts with Exchange 2000

I can't sync Entourage with my company's Exchange 2000 Server?
Everything else seems to be working fine and I can access the "Public
Folders."

Any ideas would help.

Can you check your mail through an address that looks like that:
http://your.exchangeserver.com/exchange/ ???
