You don't clearly spell out your issue around sync. However, it does
not matter what handheld you have, sync is an issue with Entourage and
you have to use a workaround to avoid these issues.
I had a Treo 680, switched to three different BlackBerry devices over
time and now have my Palm TX and an iPhone. I sync the same with the
Palm as I do with the iPhone - they use different software but the end
result is the same. However, to ensure reliable syncs with Entourage I
have to use the workaround.
Just on the iPhone, to be totally honest, its the best bar none. The
only thing I miss from my BlackBerry is the physical keyboard but as
you get onto the virtual keyboard of the iPhone its great. The other
thing is it is nicely integrated when you have a Mac. The BlackBerry
could not even begin to do what I can do with my iPhone and a Mac.
However, write now I'm composing this on my Palm TX.
