Suggestions:
- never write in all caps, it's equivalent to shouting.
- search the newsgroup, a good hundred posts have been posted (and
answered on the same topic already
- give us more details. My crystal ball isn't working too well lately
and "is not working" really doesn't tell me what's going wrong ;-)

You should at least make sure both Office (12.1.3) and MacOS X (10.5.5)
are perfectly up to date on your Mac.
