Syncing Palm & Entourage - contact info vanishes

When I sync Palm 4.1 with Entourage v OS 10.1.4, (using Entourage
Conduit) contact data that was on the Palm Pilot disappears - seems to
be at random. Mobile numbers, email addresses, etc that were in the
Palm before syncing seem to vanish. It does not affect all contacts,
just one or two each time I sync. On the Palm, in Contacts, all
fields change to "Work" and are blank, ie no data. The contact data
is still complete in Entourage but if I sync again it will not
transfer to the Palm. Any clues?

That's a known issue, and that's why synchronization between the Palm
Tungsten E and T3 and Entourage is not supported.

You can send a request to Microsoft asking them to fix this issue. However,
considering the fact Palm is abandoning Mac support, I'm not sure you should
count on this being implemented. Anyway, in Entourage X, go to Help -> Send
Feedback on Entourage. Otherwise, click on this direct link to enter Mac
