Syncing Palm Treo 750w with Entourage

Hi - I'm a new MacBook Pro user, and am in the process of trying to
convert fully from a Vista PC and Outlook Exchange environment (with
my Windows Mobile 5 Treo syncing directly with Outlook Exchange) to an
Entourage-based environment. How do I set this up? Do I have to have
a 3rd-party app (PocketMac is the one I've come across) to perform
this sync process? Will I be able to sync my Outlook Exchange email,
Calendar, Contacts and Tasks through Entourage? How do I go about
setting this up? Thanks for any help with this.
