Syncing Tasks, Notes, Contact Pictures, and Contact Categories with Exchange Server

I am operating a new iMac 24 w/2GB RAM and Office/Entourage 2004
connected to my office Exchange Server via Outlook Web Access (i.e.,
no VPN). Our office server POP/IMAP/LMAP ports are deactivated and
not accessable by my client.

Is there any way to sychronize my:

1) Notes?
2) Tasks?

In addition, with regard to my contacts, is there a way to synchronize
the following:

3) Contact pictures?
4) Contact categories?

I plan to set up a VPN connection with my office (POP/IMAP/LMAP would
then be accessible). Will this change things and help in any way?

Finally, now that I am using Entourage in a "server-based" mode, is it
possible to synchronise automatically with Mac Address Book and iCal?!

Is there any hope that some of these issues will be ironed-out in
Office 2008?!?

Thanks in advance for any help.
Cheers, Eric

Unfortunately, right now you can synch neither :-\

For the categories, I use an AppleScript to wright them to the note
field and on the other Mac, another script to use the notes to set the
categories back. Far from perfect, but it works...

On MacOS X 10.4 and with Entourage 11.3.5 you can set this up in the
preferences.

There is always hope ;-)
