syncing Treo 650 to Entourage

I can't get my Entourage address book and calendar that exist on the
"EXCHANGE SERVER" to sync to my Treo... it will sync contacts and
events that I put under "On My Computer" but not what is on the server.
How do I get the Treo to recognize and sync with what is on the server?
