Syncing with an Exchange 2003 server

Daniel Hudkins

Synchronizing with our Exchange 2003 server is chewing up a lot of CPU
cycles - frequent whirling beach ball, etc.

Is there any reason to have synchronization turned on on a desktop that is
never used offline?

Thanks,

Dan

So no joy on the continuous whirling beach ball locking up the system
problem. I hope someone at Microsoft is listening - because I'm ready
to toss this app over the side. It compares poorly with the performance
of Outlook 2001 in Classic mode - but Outlook 2001 Classic is
unpredictable as to whether it will or won't work in OS X 10.4.
