syncing with entourage

this is a business, we have five computers and two iphones assigned to the
network. we set up entourage about 6 months ago. since then about every two
weeks some but not all postings to the entourage calendar duplicates itself
on the same day same time. trying to understand why and how i can stop this.

Are you transferring data between your iPhones and Entourage? Are you
using an Exchange Server? MobileMe?

Have you associated the two-week periods with anything that happens in
your network such as restarting servers or services?
