Syncing with Palm

When I go to sync with Palm, which has worked before on my computer, the
settings seems to be wrong. Yet when I try to fix them by double clicking
on the conduit settings box in the conduit settings dialog box, it won't let,
so I can't figure out how to fix it.

Any ideas?

Sounds like your conduit is corrupt... reinstall the 10.1.4 handheld
update, and that should take care of the problem.

As an FYI, you should rename your Entourage identity to match the
handheld's identity (ie. don't leave your identity as the default name
"main identity"). When these two are name identically, they see
"eye-to-eye" better and further increase the chances of a proper
synch.
