Syncronising Outlook 2003 to Outlook 2002

I recently got a PDA. I am having some issue with Outlook. On the welcome
screen on the pda it shows me that i have appoinments etc. If i actually go
into the calendar there are no entries in there. When the devices are
connected they appear to syncronise. Any ideas anyone?

Is this PDA a Windows Mobile device? If so, are you using ActiveSync V3.8?
If not, what sync program do you have?

I have solved the problem. i did a hardware reset and re-created the
partnership and it appears to be working now. HP advised me that
outlook 2002 and 2003 were not compatible. This obvioiusly isn't the
case. Cop out.

There's no indication that your original post has anything to do with
Outlook 2002. Your PDA certainly doesn't have OL 2002 on it, nor does it
have Outlook 2003. You never mentioned which is on your desktop. Your PDA
uses Pocket Outlook, a completely different beast.
