Syncronization Issues w/ Exchange Server -- unable to check email

The only way to check my email on my work's Exchange Server is for me
to go into the Account settings & hit "Reset Syncronization" button and
that only works for one email check session. I am running Entourage
2004 v11.1 -- neither I nor the Admin has updated software recently.

I've had no problems getting my email off of my work's Exchange Server
since I've been here (mid-Feb) until yesterday -- after being in work
for a couple of hours, I was unable to check my email.

However, the Admin has said that he has seen synchro errors in his
Exchange Server error log ever since I've been on the network. I am
also the only user in the office on a Mac, everyone else is on a PC.

Please help!
